Any stores with 2D scanners can accept the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App.
- How can I start using their Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?
Member should follow these easy steps:
1. Install - Robinsons Rewards Mobile App
2. Link Card and enter details
3. Log-in to access the app
- How do I transact the Earning and Redemption of points on POS using Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?
The cashier should scan Robinsons Rewards Membe’s QR Code using a 2D scanner and proceed with the usual POS transaction procedure for points Earning or Redemption transaction.
- Can I scan both Robinsons Rewards Mobile App and existing Robinsons Rewards Card on POS in one transaction?
No. Only one can be scanned per transaction.
- If POS or HQ Loyalty System is offline, can a transaction still EARN points using the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?
Yes. A transaction can still EARN points even if the POS or HQ Loyalty system is offline. Points earned will be credited to the account and will be reflected in the app once the system is back online. Same handling as the existing procedure.
- If the mobile phone of a Member is not connected to data or WiFi, can the transaction EARN points using the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?
Yes. A transaction can EARN points even if the mobile phone is not connected to data or WiFi connection. Updated points will be reflected in the app once the mobile phone is connected.
- If the mobile phone of a Member is not connected to data or WiFi, can the transaction REDEEM points using the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?

- If POS or HQ Loyalty System is offline, can a transaction REDEEM points using the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?>
No. A transaction cannot REDEEM points when POS or HQ Loyalty System is offline.
- Why can’t a Member see all his/her Robinsons Rewards transactions in the app?
For now, the app can only display up to 90 days of transactions. To see more of your transactions, you may register and login at www.robinsonsrewards.com.ph
