How do I create an account?

You can create your account by going to www.gorobinsons.ph. You may register using your email address. 

How are items priced on GoRobinsons?

All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline stores.

What are the goods available at GoRobinsons?

For now, we offer grocery items from Robinsons Supermarket. Stay tuned for more items from your favorite retail brands soon.  

What is the minimum order value?

We require a minimum amount of P1,000 for each transaction.

Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order?

Due to DTI regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are limitations on quantity on select basic commodities:

70% solution antiseptic or disinfectant alcohol

Hand sanitizer

Disinfecting liquids

Bath soap

Toilet paper

Face mask

Locally produces instant noodles

Locally produced canned sardines

Canned regular milk

Powdered milk in sachet

Instant coffee in sachet

Mineral water

Loaf bread

Can someone abroad order and deliver locally?

Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered is covered by GoRobinsons.

Can I request substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?

Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on actual items fulfilled.

How can I get updates on my order?

You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.

For email notifications, in case they are not in your primary inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you don't receive any notification, please do not hesitate to contact us at cs1@gorobinsons.ph.


Can I pay using cash?

Customers can now pay using cash upon delivery.

Can I pay using my debit or credit card?

Currently, you can only pay via Paypal using either your credit or debit card. The amount shown upon checkout will be authorized but not actually charged. This means that your issuing bank will set it aside until GoRobinsons confirms the final amount which will be based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. This is to accommodate changes in your order due to out-of-stock items. The difference between the authorized amount and the final amount will be released by your issuing bank. This may take 7 to 30 days depending on the bank.

Can I use my Robinsons Rewards or GetGo card?

GoRobinsons can now credit points to Robinsons Rewards loyalty program. We will announce any updates should we be able to include the GetGo loyalty program already.

Do you give a Senior Citizen / PWD discount?

We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions. Nevertheless, we will abide by government regulations should this be updated.

Do you honor VAT Exemption Certificate (VEC) or VAT Exemption Identification Card (VEIC) issued to foreign nationals?

Currently, we don’t have the facility in place to verify certifications in the system.


What areas do you currently serve?

We are now serving Pasig, Marikina, Cainta, Lower Antipolo, Makati, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Taguig, Pateros, and Parañaque but we will be announcing expansion soon for other areas within Metro Manila.

What are your delivery hours? 

Our regular delivery hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. You can choose your preferred schedule upon checkout.

How do I know if you received my order?

All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders. 

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

The shipping or delivery address indicated in the order can no longer be changed. In case of errors in the address, please email cs1@gorobinsons.ph at least 24 hours before your chosen delivery schedule to cancel your order

How long before my orders get delivered?

You may choose from the delivery slots available upon check-out. We offer same-day delivery and advanced ordering for up to 3 days.

Are there shipping and delivery fees?

We charge a service fee of P200, which covers shipping at P100 and concierge at P100. Register in gorobinsons.ph to get notifications on how to avail of FREE delivery and concierge.


Do you accept item replacements?

For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email cs1@gorobinsons.ph. Our dedicated customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:

The product delivered is damaged or expired

The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site

Replacement shall not be accepted unless the customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods

The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of the product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired

Refund of order is subject to the approval of management.
