How do I redeem my rewards points using the Robinsons Rewards app?

At any participating Robinsons stores and merchant partners, you can redeem your remaining balance rewards points.

  1. Log-in to your Robinsons Rewards mobile app using your username (Mobile Number) and password. You will be automatically redirected to “My Card”

  2. Tap Robinsons Rewards virtual card

  3. “Member QR Code” will be shown

  4. Present it to the cashier together with a government-issued valid ID
