- What is Robinsons Rewards?
  
  Robinsons Rewards is a loyalty program where members can earn and redeem rewards points through purchases from participating Robinsons Retail stores.
  
  Will my Robinsons Rewards membership expire?
  
  Your membership will become inactive if you do not have at least one earn transaction at any Robinsons Rewards partners for the last twelve (12) consecutive months.
  
  Will my Robinsons Rewards points expire?
  
  No, your rewards points will not expire.
  
  What will happen to my account if I do not have transaction for 1 year?
  
  Your membership will be inactive but your rewards points will not be forfeited. You just have to make a transaction again to be able to activate your membership.
  
  What is the points conversion for Robinsons Rewards?
  
  Every 1 rewards point is equivalent to 1 peso.
  
  What are rewards points?
  
  Rewards points are earned through purchases made at participating Robinsons Retail stores and merchant partners nationwide. Earning of Rewards points may vary depending on rewards points conversion.

Account
- Do I have to pay for re-carding of my Wise, Fresh, Elite and Sapphire loyalty card to Robinsons Rewards Card?
  
  No, existing Wise, Fresh, Elite and Sapphire cardholders do not have to pay for re-carding to Robinsons Rewards Card. You just have to present your existing card to the customer service and a representative will process the re-carding for free.
  
  I am a Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire card holder but I don’t want to join or be re-carded to Robinsons Rewards, what will happen to my points?
  
  You may proceed to customer service at any RSCI stores and a representative will assist you with the redemption of your remaining points.
  
  Am I required to surrender my old Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire card?
  
  Member do not need to surrender their old card.
  
  What will be my benefits when I re-card my Wise/Fresh card to Robinsons Rewards?
  
  Wise and Fresh loyalty cardholders will be given a free Robinsons Rewards Classic Card and will receive the following perks:
  - Extra Points Event:
    - 10X Pts. Every First Wednesday of the Month
    - VIP Day
    - Bank Sale
  - Targeted Offers (Discounts/Points)
  What will be my benefits when I re-card my Elite/Sapphire card to Robinsons Rewards?
  
  Elite and Sapphire loyalty cardholders will be given a free Robinsons Rewards Black Card and will receive the following perks:

    - Bank Sale
  - Targeted Offers (Discounts/Points)
  - Free wine on first use of Robinsons Rewards Black Card with min. purchase of P 1,500.00

  Who are entitled for the re-carding of Robinsons Rewards Classic card?
  
  Existing Wise/Fresh/Elite members are entitled for the re-carding of new Robinsons Rewards Classic card
  
  Who are entitled for the re-carding of Robinsons Rewards Black card?
  
  Existing Elite/Sapphire members are entitled for the re-carding of new Robinsons Rewards Black card
  
  What if I have an existing Robinsons Rewards Card / Mobile App member and also a Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire loyalty cardholder, am I still entitled for the new Robinsons Rewards Classic or Black card?
  
  Yes, you are still entitled for a free re-carding. Just present your Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire card to the customer service and a representative will process the re-carding for free. After re-carded, you may contact customercare@robinonnsrewards.com.ph to manually link/merge your 2 Robinsons Rewards account.
  
  I am an existing Robinsons Rewards Card holder but I lost it, can I file for replacement to RSCI Stores?
  
  Yes, you may file for replacement of your lost card. You may proceed to Robinsons Supermarket, Rustan’s, Market Place, and select Shopwise stores nationwide and file for replacement of your Robinsons Rewards Card. Points from old card will be transferred to your new card 30 days upon replacement.
  
  I don’t have any Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire/Robinsons Rewards Card, can I buy Robinsons Rewards card in RSCI Stores?
  
  Yes, cashier will offer first the download of Robinsons Rewards Mobile App. If member still wants to have a physical card, then cashier will offer to buy the New Robinsons Rewards Classic Card. You may proceed to Robinsons Supermarket, Rustan’s, Market Place, and select Shopwise stores nationwide and file for replacement of your Robinsons Rewards Card.
  
  Can I merge my two (2) Robinsons Rewards card?
  
  Yes, you may contact us at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph so we can link/merge both Robinsons Rewards cards manually on our back-end
  
  I’m an existing Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire loyalty cardholder, but I don’t want to be re-carded as I have already a Robinsons Rewards card/app, can you just link/merge my points from Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire to my existing Robinsons Rewards card/app?
  
  Yes, you may contact customercare@robinonnsrewards.com.ph to manually link/merge your Wise/Fresh/Elite/Sapphire account to your existing Robinsons Rewards account.
  
  I do not have a Wise, Fresh, Elite and/or Sapphire Loyalty card, but I am a Robinsons Rewards member, can I replace my existing card to new Robinsons Rewards classic card?
  
  Existing Robinsons Rewards member will have to pay P 100.00 if you want to purchase the new Robinsons Rewards classic card on top of their existing card.
  
  I am a Wise app member, am I entitled for the new Robinsons Rewards Card?
  
  On September 1, 2020, when you open your Wise App, a message will be displayed informing that Wise App is now moving to Robinsons Rewards loyalty program. You just have to go to “Use Card” and present your barcode to the customer service and a representative will process the re-carding for free. After receiving the new Robinsons Rewards Card, you may immediately link it to the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App.
  
  Can I link my Robinsons Rewards card to the mobile app?
  
  Yes, member can link their card to the mobile app once their profile has been loaded to the Robinsons Rewards system.
  
  I have an existing Robinsons Rewards mobile app account; can I still link my new Robinsons Rewards card to the mobile app?
  
  You cannot link your new Robinsons Rewards card to the mobile app since your details are already existing in the system. You must contact us at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph so we can manually link both accounts from back-end.
  
  How can I link my Robinsons Rewards Classic/Black card on the website?

  3. Fill out the form, then accept the Terms and Conditions
  How can I link my Robinsons Rewards Classic/Black card through Robinsons Rewards mobile app?
  1. Download the Robinsons Rewards Mobile app available on Google Play Store, App Store and App Gallery
  2. Tap Register
  3. Tap the button “Link my card” under Yes, I have a card
  4. Complete the form
  5. Verify your contact number through OTP
  My details in my membership is not yet updated, what should I do?
  
  Once you received your new card, please send us an email at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph to modify your account’s information.
  
  I’m receiving an error when linking my Robinsons Rewards Classic/Black card through the mobile app, what should I do?
  
  You may send us an email at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph for your concerns. Please ensure to attach the error message you received.
  
  What should I do if I lost/damaged my Robinsons Rewards card?
  
  Just proceed to any Robinsons Retail Stores nationwide and tell the cashier that you lost/damaged your Robinsons Rewards card and pay for P 100.00 for card replacement. You will be given a new card and expect that points from your old card will be transferred within 30 working days.
Rewards Points
- What will happen to my points from my old card after receiving the Robinsons Rewards card?
  
  Your existing points will be linked/merged to your new Robinsons Rewards card with the new points scheming. Points that will be linked to your Robinsons Rewards account will be the peso value from your old card. E.g. You have 7,500 points in your Wise, Fresh, Elite loyalty card with Robinsons Rewards you will have 50.00 points and equivalent to P 50.00 peso value upon redemption. Computation is 7,500 / 150 = 50 points. For Sapphire loyalty cards, Computation is 7,500 / 75 = 100 points and equivalent to P 50.00 peso value upon redemption.

Earning
- How do I earn Rewards Points?
  
  You can earn rewards points through purchases from any participating Robinsons Retail Stores and its merchant partners nationwide. For Robinsons Rewards Mobile App, go to “My Card” and click your unique member QR code and present to the cashier upon purchase to earn rewards points. For Robinsons Rewards cardholder, just present your card to the cashier upon purchase to earn rewards points. Members earn the equivalent rewards points based on the amount purchased.

  You can earn rewards points with the purchases made at participating Robinsons stores except for the following:
  - Items with wholesale or corporate discounts
  - Purchases made using Robinsons Rewards Points
  - Purchases of Robinsons Gift Certificates
  - Business Center payment transactions
  - Non-merchandise transactions (i.e. gift wrapping, customer deposit, foreign exchange, Robinsons Rewards Card fee)
  How do I check my rewards points?
  
  For mobile app users, you can check your updated rewards points balance by clicking “My Card” tab just make sure that you are connected to your mobile internet or connected to Wi-Fi. For Robinsons Rewards cardholder, you may check your available points balance to the cashier counter.
  
  Will my earned and available rewards points balance reflect on my receipt?
  
  Yes, both earned and available rewards points balance will reflect in the transaction receipt.
  
  What items are not earning points?
  
  You may refer to the following list below for the items that are non-earning points:
  - Transactions with corporate discounts
  - Wholesale Transactions
  - Purchases made using RRC points
  - Bills payment transactions
  - Exchange of goods
  - Purchase of RRC membership kits
  - Other non-merchandise transactions
Redemption
- How do I redeem my rewards points?
  
  You can redeem your available balance rewards points at any participating Robinsons stores and merchant partners. For mobile app users, just present your QR code; for cardholders just present your Robinsons Rewards Card to the cashier together with a valid ID.
  
  Will my redeemed and available rewards points balance reflect on my receipt?
  
  Yes, both redeemed and available rewards points balance will reflect in the transaction receipt.
  
  Is there a required minimum points balance before I can redeem my rewards points?
  
  There is no required minimum points balance upon redeeming your rewards points. As long as you have enough points balance then you can use it to pay for your purchases.
  
  Can I ask a representative with authorization letter to redeem my rewards points on my behalf?
  
  No, only the cardholder shall transact and redeem their rewards points based on our policies and terms and conditions.
