    1. What is Southstar Drug (SSD)?

       

      Southstar Drug (SSD) is one of the largest pharmacy chains in the Philippines. Recently, it has extended its services online and this new feature is also enabled within the Robinsons Rewards app. Southstar Drug carries a wide variety/range of prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products and a variety of food, personal care, and health and wellness items.

    2. How do I access Southstar Drug through the Robinsons Rewards mobile application?

       

      A. For users with Robinsons Rewards account (Existing Robinsons Rewards Member):


          • Open the Robinsons Rewards app on your mobile phone.

          • *If you don't have the mobile app yet, you can download Robinsons Rewards in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for free.

          • Login with your personal account credentials.

          • Tap the "Shop" button located on the lower left corner of your screen.

          • Tap the "Southstar Drug" banner.

      B. For users without a Robinsons Rewards account (New/Prospective Robinsons Rewards Member):


          •  Download the Robinsons Rewards mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

          • Sign-up/Create a Robinsons Rewards account.

          • Tap the "Shop" button located on the lower left corner of your screen.

          • Tap the "Southstar Drug" banner, and you are good to go.

    3. I'm on the Southdstar Drug landing page, what things/items I can browse and later on purchase?

       

      You may choose to view a wide selection of items in the following categories:

      Immunity Boosters

      Super Savers

      Promo Packs

      Prescription Medicines

      Mom & Baby Products

      Personal Care

      Vitamins & Supplements

      If you are looking for something more specific, you can tap the "Search All Products" field and type in the name of the item you are looking for.

    4. I am now ready to make a purchase, what do I do next?

       

          • Once you are ready to make a purchase, simply tap the "Add to Cart" button on items you intend to check out.

          • Tap the "View Cart" button that will appear on the top-most part of your screen.

          • You may also add a note to your order on the provided field.

          • Tap the "I agree with the terms and conditions" tick box.

          • Review your purchase to make sure items and quantity are correct.

          • Tap "Checkout" and provide necessary information. You may also save your information to lessen this step by tapping the "Save this information for the next time" tickbox.

          • Select your preferred "Shipping method" and tap "Continue to payment".

          • Select your preferred "Billing Address" and tap "Complete Order".

          • Accomplish the survey and tap "Submit"

          • Lastly, tap "Continue Shopping" button to return back to the home screen.

    5. I have completed a purchase, will I earn points for my transaction?

       

      The points earning feature will not be available as of the moment. Stay tuned as we are gear for more awesome updates in the near furture.

    6. What areas do you currently serve?

       

      We are now serving orders NATIONWIDE.

    7. How do I know if you receive my order?

       

      All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/e-mail confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.

    8. Is there a shipping fee?

       

      For Metro Manila and Rizal areas, delivery is FREE for orders P1,499 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P99 only.

      For Provincial areas, delivery is FREE for orders P5,000 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P150 only.

      For same day delivery, we charge a standard rate of P150 for orders below P3,000.

    9. How long before my orders get delivered?

       

      Standard shipping:

      Metro Manila, and Rizal - 2 to 4 days lead time.

      Provincial areas - 7 to 14 days lead time.

      Same day delivery:

      Orders placed until 03:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.

      SMS notification will be sent once order is about to be delivered.

      Payment method available is bank deposit only. COD and credit card on delivery are not applicable as of the moment for the same day delivery.

    10. Do you accept item replacements?

       

      Yes. The following replacement(s) and refund policy below is exclusive to Southstar Drug online orders only. For any replacement concerns, you can send an email to cs@southstardrug.com.ph. Our dedicated customer service wil get back to you within 24 hours.

      Request for replacement(s) are only valid if:

      The product delivered is damaged

      The product is expired

      The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.

      Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

      The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods

      The item(s) were returned for replacement within (7) days from the receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired.

    11. Payment Methods

       

      A. Can I pay using cash?

      Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Metro Manila and Rizal areas only. However, we highly encourage the use of cashless transactions for your safety, and our staff's as well. When paying cash, the exact amount of payment is highly appreciated.

      B. Can I pay using my debit or credit card?

      As of now, we are only accepting debit and credit card upon delivery for orders within Metro Manila and Rizal areas only. Major credit cards are now accepted and you may pay upon delivery of your order.

      C. Can I pay via bank deposit or transfer?

      Yes, payment via bank deposit or transfer to our Robinsons Bank account is also accepted for orders nationwide. Please wait for our advice before you transfer your payment. An SMS will be sent to you with the total amount to be deposited with complete bank details.

    12. Do you require prescriptions?

       

      Yes. All orders of prescription drugs should be accompanied by a valid prescription. You may directly upload your prescription on the site and our dedicated pharmacist will validate and contact you if necessary.
